Rereading the components of the Islamic city in the document of the second step of the revolution and presenting an operational model to make it tangible

Abstract
Modeling Islamic cities in the second phase of the revolution requires the development of a comprehensive program and its proper implementation. This study, using a qualitative method and a descriptive-analytical approach, explores operational strategies for achieving this ideal. From a religious perspective, a clean life (tayyaba) is the most comprehensive state of life in which material and spiritual dimensions are realized together and in a healthy, safe, just, and prosperous environment. In this study, the conceptual foundations of a tayyaba life and an Islamic city are inferred from the Holy Quran and tradition, and successful urban models in Iran are subjected to comparative analysis. Among the most important practical policies for objectifying this model are the design of sustainable urban spaces, institutionalization of Islamic culture and ethics, economic growth combined with sustainability, and qualitative improvement of the educational and training system. In addition, the role of governmental and civil institutions in the synergy and implementation of urban development plans to achieve this goal is evaluated. The creation of optimal infrastructures such as efficient public transportation systems and sustainable water and energy networks, as well as attention to sustainable economic prosperity and the development of job opportunities in order to reduce inequality and increase public welfare are other areas emphasized in this research.
