Analyzing the implications of the governance model from the perspective of the Martyr Leader of the Islamic Revolution based on the Second Step Statement

Abstract
The Second Step Statement of the Islamic Revolution is a strategic and political charter for the future path of the country and outlines the comprehensive governance model of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This article systematically analyzes this model using a descriptive-analytical method and relying on the text of the statement. The main question is whats are the components and implications of the desired governance model from the perspective of the Martyr Leader of the Islamic Revolution, focusing on the Second Step Statement? The findings show that governance in this view is, beyond a model of state management, an operational value system that displays an intelligent combination of transcendent Islamic values and the requirements of rational efficiency. The seven components of the statement; "Science and research", "spirituality and ethics", "economy", "justice and fighting corruption", "independence and freedom", "national honor, foreign relations and demarcation with the enemy" and "lifestyle" are all organized around the triple process of self-development, socialization and civilization, and constitute an integrated system of transcendent governance.
